Asset freezing list API

The Freezing funds API is a tool used to obtain complete information about the national freezing funds list.

The API allows you to:

•  Download files from the national asset freezing list

• Directly access the complete national freezing funds list feed 

• Find out the latest national freezing funds list publication date

The Sovereign Ordinance no. 8.664 of May 26, 2021 provides a national list, bringing together all the individuals and legal entities, who are subject to the freezing of their funds and economic resources in the Principality.

This list is kept by the Budget and Treasury Department, which updates it each time entries are added, deleted or modified.

This list complies with the lists drawn up by the United Nations, the European Union and the French Republic and includes, where applicable, the designations made by the Minister of State, on the basis of resolution 1373 (2001) of the United Nations Security Council.

This list is updated regularly and each update of the list is subject to the publication of a ministerial decision.
